High-Step System
Kiefer Fitness Steps have adjustable platforms, making them ideal for varying levels of step aerobics and exercise. Each platform is made from durable polyethylene that supports up to 200 lbs, has a shock-absorbing non-slip rubber ribbed surface, and rubber feet for stability and floor protection.

High-Step System
High-Step includes a 4” platform and four 2.5” risers that stack for five height variations (4", 6-1/2", 9", 11-1/2", and 14"). Stepping surface is 16" x 14".
