Kiefer Fitness Steps have adjustable platforms, making them ideal for varying levels of step aerobics and exercise. Each platform is made from durable polyethylene that supports up to 200 lbs, has a shock-absorbing non-slip rubber ribbed surface, and rubber feet for stability and floor protection.

Original Fitness Step System
Original Fitness Step includes a 4” platform and four 2” risers that stack for three height variations (4”, 6”, and 8”). Stepping surface is 14” x 40”.
